Why High Performance Strength & Conditioning


Our High Performance Programs are designed to develop aspiring athletes, aged 16+ in a high performance environment and educate them on elite physical preparation and training. 


The sessions focus on developing movement efficiency and preventing injury through a focus on progressive fundamental movements(squat, hinge, jump etc.). 


This lays the optimal platform for athletic development through improved physical capacity in respect to strength, speed and power in order to excel on field.
