Physical Preparation & Performance Coaching is aimed at developing athletic profiles in regards to enhancing the physical capabilities such as Strength, Power, Speed, Agility and more. 

Not only does it build upon the base the the athlete already posseses, it greatly reduces likelihood of injury. Injury prevention comes from the base strength build as well as developing the control through acceleration/deceleration of the body through different loading parametres.


With our Elite Physical Preparation Practices and tailored Strength & Conditioning Programs, you will be provided with the opportunity to;

  • Stay on the field/court/track longer
  • Learn movement competencies and be able to perform exercises in a safe and controlled environment
